Child Safety Standards

These are the child safety standards for Padeja Feed, the social padel app developed by Padeja Ltd. Padeja Feed lets padel players follow friends, share match updates, message other users, and buy and sell equipment within their network. We take the safety of everyone who uses Padeja Feed extremely seriously, and we have zero tolerance for any content or behaviour that sexualises, endangers, or exploits children.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), is strictly prohibited on Padeja Feed. This is one of the most serious violations of our rules and of the law, and it is never permitted under any circumstance.

Within Padeja Feed, the following are absolutely prohibited:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, linking to, or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind.
• Sexualising, grooming, or attempting to exploit or abuse a minor, or using the app to make contact with a minor for these purposes.
• Any other content or conduct that sexualises, endangers, or otherwise harms a child.

Anyone who engages in this behaviour will have their content removed and their account permanently banned, and we will report them to the relevant authorities.

Who Padeja Feed is for

Padeja Feed is intended for users aged 16 and over. It is not designed for or directed at children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under this age to create an account or use the app.

How we prevent and respond to CSAE

To keep Padeja Feed safe, we:

• Prohibit CSAE in our terms. Our Terms of Use and community rules make clear that CSAE is banned, and users agree to these when they sign up.
• Provide in-app reporting and blocking. Every user can report a post and block another user directly inside the app, without needing to leave it.
• Act on reports. We review reports of CSAE as a priority, remove offending content, and permanently ban the accounts responsible.
• Report to the authorities. Where we become aware of CSAM or a child being put at risk, we preserve the relevant information and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate law enforcement agency.
• Comply with the law and platform rules. We follow applicable child safety laws and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

How to report a concern

If a child is in immediate danger, always contact your local emergency services first. You can also report child sexual abuse material directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org, or, in the UK, to the Internet Watch Foundation at report.iwf.org.uk.
